Benjamin Boyce is the Director of Bars at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, bringing more than a decade of international experience across the bar, restaurant, and luxury hospitality industries.

Throughout his career, Benjamin has held senior beverage and management roles across Hong Kong, London, Dubai, and other international markets. His experience includes leadership positions with 1880 Hong Kong, Sophia Loren Hong Kong, LPM Restaurant & Bar, and ONIMA in London.

With a strong background in beverage program development, bar operations, team training, guest experience, and commercial strategy, Benjamin has developed a deep understanding of what makes a successful drinks program in premium hospitality.

In his current role at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, he oversees bar operations and beverage experiences, combining creative direction with a strong focus on quality, service, and evolving consumer preferences.
