Below are the steps to enter your spirits in the Asia Spirits Ratings

Step 1 – Initial Sign Up (Submissions closed!)

1. REGISTER HERE to create your account
2. Complete your company profile
3. Enter the details of spirits that you want to enter in the competition

Step 2 – Payment Mode

1. The online payment you can do via credit card.
2. Once the payment is confirmed, you can access the payment/invoice receipt under the billing tab of your online account. Once the payment is done, your shipping labels will be generated in your account.

Step 3 – Shipping

1. Log in to your account, click on my shipping label tab and print the official ASR shipping label.
2. The label needs to be attached on each of the boxes at the time of shipment
3. Once the shipment has been done, please share the tracking details to the competition coordinator on aakash@asiaspiritsratings.com

Key Dates:

Super Early Bird Deadline: March 31, 2025
Warehouse Deadline: September 30, 2025
Judging Date: October 24, 2025
Winners Announcement: November 7, 2025

Shipping Info:

Please send your samples (2) 750ml (or similar) bottles per entry before Sept 30, 2025

The delivery address will be informed by e-mail when the payment is completed.

Goods receiving time: Monday – Thursday 7 AM - 4 PM. Friday - 7 AM - 12 PM

Spirits that arrive after the deadline date will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.
