Below are the steps to enter your spirits in the Asia Spirits Ratings

Step 1 – Initial Sign Up 

1. REGISTER HERE to create your account
2. Complete your company profile
3. Enter the details of spirits that you want to enter in the competition

Step 2 – Payment Mode

1. An online payment you can do via credit card.
2. Once the payment is confirmed, you can access the payment/invoice receipt under the billing tab of your online account. Once the payment is done, your shipping labels will be generated in your account under Shipping/ Submission Label.

Step 3 – Shipping

1. Log in to your account, click on the My Shipping Label tab, and print the official ASR shipping label.
2. The label needs to be attached to each of the boxes at the time of shipment along with a Non Commercial Invoice valuing Not More than HKD2000 per shipment in Total.
3. Once the shipment has been done, please share the tracking details to the competition coordinator at aakash@asiaspiritsratings.com

Super Early Bird Deadline: April 30, 2026
Early Bird Deadline: June 30, 2026
Regular Deadline: October 16, 2026
Warehouse Deadline: October 22, 2026
Judging Date: November 11, 2026
Winners Announcement: November 26, 2026

Shipping Info:

Please send samples (2) 750ml (or similar) bottles or (3) 500ml or below, per entry before Oct 22, 2026

The delivery address will be informed by email when the payment is completed.

Goods receiving time: Monday –  Friday - 10 AM - 4 PM

Spirits that arrive after the deadline date will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.
